Each and every item you purchase on ivoog.com comes with our included extended warranties. Here is an overview.
1. Manufacturer's Warranty (ex: 90 day manufacturer's warranty):
This limited bumper-to-bumper warranty starts the day your product arrives at your door. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults. If you discover any major defects and/or defaults on your item, ivoog will replace these parts free of charge. We also pay the standard shipping service costs on replacement parts for the first warranty shipment to you. Tires, tubes & kick stands and other non-major items are not covered because it is almost impossible for these to come defective.
2. Shipping Damage Warranty:
If your item was damaged during shipping we will replace any damaged parts and ship them to you free of charge. We can also replace the whole item free of charge! This depends on how severe the damage is. Shipping damage must be reported as soon as possible to be covered under this warranty (3 days max). However, in most cases we offer extended time.
Damage to any plastic/fiberglass part that is a result of shipping is covered only if it occurred during shipping. If, after careful inspection by our shipping department it is determined that the item was damaged during shipping (digital photos may be required by e-mail), ivoog at its discretion will supply the necessary replacement parts to fix the damaged item or replace it free of charge.
3. Exclusive Warranties (ex: 6 month battery warranty):
Battery
ivoog offers a warranty on defective batteries. If any battery should become faulty within the specified warranty period, we will replace the battery free of charge. ivoog may require that defective batteries be returned to us for exchange. We will pay for shipping on the replacement batteries for you.
Gas or Electric Engine
We also offer a warranty on defective engines. If any engine should become faulty or is/becomes defective within the specified warranty period, we will replace the gas engine free of charge. Defective engines may require to be returned to ivoog and we will ship a new one to you free of charge.
