Return Terms and Conditions:
ivoog.com offers a 35 day period to initiate a return shipment starting on the purchase date.
Merchandise must be received in 100% new, never-used condition. Merchandise will not be accepted if it is worn, scratched, ridden, abused, damaged or if gas has been added to the fuel tank. Merchandise must arrive complete (including all manuals, warranty cards, original documents, etc) and in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for all return shipping. Any additional shipping charges (refusals, etc) will be deducted from the customer's refund.
Preparing your item for return shipment:
Once your return has been accepted for a refund, credit will be applied to the payment method used with the original purchase within 3 weeks. Due to our very low prices and the cost of returns, a restocking fee equal to 30% of the total purchase price will be applied along with any shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any returns that do not follow the above guidelines will be refused. Only one return per item is allowed.
